Living a village life surrounded by the wild Pennine moors with the coastline only a stone’s throw away, artist and illustrator Julia Crossland takes her inspiration from the rural Yorkshire landscape and the wildlife that inhabits it. Working mostly from her imagination with watercolour and gouache paints along with mixed media elements, Julia creates original artworks from her garden studio.
