Shipping policy

Standard Shipping

For orders on Teas only: Free standard shipping within all of Canada when you spend $85 or more, and a flat fee of $18.50 for orders less than $85. 

All other products (such as Teapots, Mugs, and Flasks):  Free standard shipping when you spend $100 plus, except for the Atlantic/Territory, and a flat fee of $20.00 for orders less than $100. 

All other products (such as Teapots, Mugs, and Flasks) to Atlantic Provinces & Territories:  Free standard shipping when you spend $120 or more and a flat fee of $24.50 for orders less than $120. 

All orders are shipped from one of our store locations in Sicamous, BC and/or Nanaimo, BC, via UPS, PUROLATER or, if eligible CANPAR.

Shipping to the US

We offer free standard shipping to the US when you spend $120 or more and a flat fee of $20 for orders less than $120.

Delivery times

Please allow at least two business days for your order to be processed.

Note: We do not process orders on Canadian statutory holidays or British Columbia provincial holidays so that our employees can spend time with their families.
