This is Top Quality Pu-erh or Pu'er produced in the Yunnan province of China. It has been grown with organic farming methods with no chemical pesticides used in cultivation. The aroma is distinct with an earthy undertone. The taste is lightly roasted with a prominent initial flavour and the aftertaste is faintly sweet with roasted undertones which linger.

First time I used the tea - I was a bit too generous with the tea and found it quite strong. The second time, I added ginger and chrysanthemum tea to the pu-erh tea. Super delicious!

When I first got hooked on Pu’erth tea, it was a local store in a mall here in Edmonton called Tea Desire. I have been a loyal customer ever since, even after they changed management and store name. I refuse to shop at David’s Tea- they kick out mom and pop shops to monopolize at the big malls. Since lockdown started, I couldn’t get my tea anymore so I searched online and found my original favourite store Tea Désire!!!! I purchased my fav tea stash lol not once but twice and now they will Continue to get my business even after things get back to normal. Love this store and their customer service is also the best!! Oh and the tea is the best quality and is still my go to tea, if you like earthy, dark, smooth & healthy .. then you should try Pu’erth!

Canadian Breakfast Eh steeps up nice and bold. I added some milk and enjoyed it. This tea can be had any time of day but is perfect first thing to start your day. I would certainly purchase this tea again.

I've been casually enjoying Yerba Mate for a long time now, close to a decade. I had learned a while ago that this drink was traditionally consumed in gourds. I didn't really know where to find one, until I discovered it on Tea Desire. Now my Mate drinking experience has been elevated, in that now I can experience it in the way it is authentically meant to be. The gourd was very easy to cure, and after I am done with my session, I clean it out and let it dry completely before next use. If you are curious in consuming this beverage in the traditional way, then this gourd would be right for you! Just be sure you get the bombilla straw to go with it for the full experience.
This tea is very good! I had heard about Greek Mountain Tea a while ago, but hadn't tried it until I recently found it at Tea Desire. The flavour is delicious and the tea itself is very enjoyable overall. When I have a cup, it feels very familiar, like I can't quite put my finger on it. Very interesting herb to say the least. I would definitely recommend this loose leaf tea to any tea drinker or herbal enthusiast. I promise, it will not disappoint!
