Our matcha set is all you need to make a perfect cup of organic Japanese matcha; it comes with the following:

It is suitable for everyone. If you're a beginner, all you need to do is follow the instructions for a perfect cup of matcha!
Step 1. Warm up the bowl with hot water. The cold bowl would lower the desired temperature of your matcha tea at the end.
Step 2. Soak your whisk in warm water before each use to soften the bristles, which will help you achieve that perfect green froth.
Step 3. Begin by sifting 1 tsp (2 grams) of matcha powder into the bowl. We recommend you always sift the matcha for the best texture and taste.
Step 4. Prepare 2 oz | 75 ml hot water 70C (158F). Pour in the first 1oz hot water and whisk vigorously with the bamboo whisk from side to side in a zigzag pattern until creating a foamy layer on top. Top it off with the last 1oz of hot water while you keep whisking.
Step 5. Enjoy!
Traditionally matcha is drunk the way it is. Still, you can also easily make a matcha latte by adding warm milk and even more options!
Step 6. After using, rinse the bamboo whisk to clean and rest it on the glass stand to keep the whisk-skirt open. Leave it air-dry. Store your whisk in a clean and odourless spot, not in the cooking/baking area, not close to/with spices/herbs, because the bamboo whisk would absorb the surrounding odour.
