Returns & Exchanges

We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.  Simply return the product within 30 days of purchase date in it's original condition & packaging along with any accessories/manuals and with the original sales receipt. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. We do not currently offer returns on loose leaf teas or other food products.

PLEASE NOTE: NO RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS AND CLEARANCE ITEMS THEY ARE A FINAL SALE.
