I have had many Matcha teas and this is by far my favorite. It doesn't taste grassy or Iike seaweed as some do and it isn't bitter.
I recommend buying an electric matcha whisk for a smooth texture, no small pieces and frothiness.

I like rooibos tea for its full flavour and decaffeinated properties. Lovely notes of caramel round out the flavour to make this a wonderful after dinner drink.
