Beautiful mug with lots of capacity. Came well packaged. I only handwashed it despite being dishwasher safe. Mug cracked along the bottom and up the side when I poured water for my tea. Was making green tea so water was about 80oC when the crack happened. Not sure what caused it to crack (pressure riser from manufacturing or something else?). I also have the frog one so hoping that one stays okay.
We are very sorry to hear about the cracked mug. It must have a hair line crack already without being noticed before packing. I bought this tin with 8 other tins of the same size to organize all my loose leaf tea. They have an inner metal lid to keep the tea sealed and dry. They are well made and a nice size. This design is really pretty and looks great on my tea shelf. Highly recommended!
Canadian Breakfast Eh steeps up nice and bold. I added some milk and enjoyed it. This tea can be had any time of day but is perfect first thing to start your day. I would certainly purchase this tea again.

Smooth subtle flavours. Steeped for a couple minutes as that was enough to achieve the colour and taste I enjoyed.
