Beautiful mug with lots of capacity. Came well packaged. I only handwashed it despite being dishwasher safe. Mug cracked along the bottom and up the side when I poured water for my tea. Was making green tea so water was about 80oC when the crack happened. Not sure what caused it to crack (pressure riser from manufacturing or something else?). I also have the frog one so hoping that one stays okay.
We are very sorry to hear about the cracked mug. It must have a hair line crack already without being noticed before packing. Contacted you a few ago regarding my sister's previous order about the Decaf Ceylon she had ordered. She has been a client of yours for 20 years and has never had a problem with this tea. The last time she ordered it, it was of very poor quality.
I have yet to hear from you regarding this issue.
This is such a beautiful mug, not as dainty as I expected. The quality is great for the price and the attention to detail is impressive. I can't wait to give it to my friend for her birthday!
