Japanese Houjicha is produced as green tea, the leaf is heavily roasted. The leaf pulp is then separated from the leaf veins and finely ground in stone mills.
Ingredients: green tea roasted from controlled organic cultivation.

Whisk 1 teaspoon of Houjicha Powder and 60 ml of 80°C (175°F) filtered water together by using a traditional bamboo whisk, a milk frother, or spoon. Add sweetner and any milk to your liking.

Contacted you a few ago regarding my sister's previous order about the Decaf Ceylon she had ordered. She has been a client of yours for 20 years and has never had a problem with this tea. The last time she ordered it, it was of very poor quality.
