This fine blend is historically favoured by Russians in the Tsarists era; brought by camel caravan over the Himalayas into Russia. They usually drink it with a lemon slice.
Russian Caravan tea has a distinct "smokey" aroma. Its unique, full-flavoured quality is great for an afternoon or after dinner tea.
Black tea
This tea is a lovely smooth tea with rich smoky undertones. It’s a great tea for anyone favouring a strong black tea. If you’re pairing teas with food, this tea goes well with chocolate and any savoury dish. It holds its own and offers a flavourful cup to be enjoyed any time.
This is nice tea. I mix it with Darjeeling.
Love the Smokey smell and flavor of this tea.
I have searched for and tasted many Russian Caravan teas, even tried to blend my own. Sadly, everything until THIS Russian Caravan has fallen by the wayside, disappointing and either too smokey or just too bland.
Tea Desire has hit the mark with THIS Russian Caravan! Just perfect for a cold winter night or sunny afternoon. -- MANY THANKS.
Canada’s premium loose leaf tea store specializing in herbal, green, rooibos, oolong and organic tea.
What a pretty mug. It is huge, and will be wonderful for that much needed cup of tea in the morning, or a cup of hot chocolate, in the afternoons
I haven't given these to my daughters yet, wood like to do a review after they start them
I think they will love them. I like the idea as we did makeup ones for the last 2 year and there was so much we didn't use. So this will be a change
I needed to up my tea storage game and wanted something air tight and simple so that I can customize their design later on, these are perfect. The lids fit nice and snug and they hold 100g of loose leaf and I've managed to cram them (rather inelegantly) with many tea bags. They came quickly with some samples too :') love!
I ordered several items for gifts. Service was fast and on time. The tea was beautifully packaged. I wanted a Canadian tea company, and had not tried this tea company before. Have not tried the tea as it is for a gift but I am sure it won’t disappoint. Huge selection of interesting teas. I will definitely be ordering from this company again.
...I am so happy with my tea mug...nothing like the right size, a pretty mug, great shape and fine bone china....love them.
I bought this tin with 8 other tins of the same size to organize all my loose leaf tea. They have an inner metal lid to keep the tea sealed and dry. They are well made and a nice size. This design is really pretty and looks great on my tea shelf. Highly recommended!
Canadian Breakfast Eh steeps up nice and bold. I added some milk and enjoyed it. This tea can be had any time of day but is perfect first thing to start your day. I would certainly purchase this tea again.
Excellent products, great service.
This tea has very unique, rich flavors, it's a real special treat!
I definitely will reorder!
