How about skipping the dessert and trying something different, like the delicious combination of almond and chocolate blended with rooibos?
Ingredients: Rooibos, almond splits, chocolate pieces*(cocoa mass, cocoa powder, emulsifier: soya lecithin), sunflower blossoms, flavour. *Contains cane sugar, citric acid, milk- and soya products, edible nuts (almonds) and calcium chloride (binder). May contain traces of other tree nuts and peanuts.
One of my favorite teas has a wonderful almond chocolate taste. Buy everytime I order.

I received this tea via teasparrow and loved it after the first sip.
My wife received a sample of this tea via TeaSparrow.com, and loved it mightily. It was in their December "Christmas" box, and was named "Winter Almond Rooibos". Attempting to be the thoughtful husband I tried to buy a larger bag and was mortified when I couldn't find it here on TeaDesire. A brief exchange with the very helpful folks running things informed me that it has just changed its name to throw off the shackles of the seasonist bourgeois. It's available all year, so why imply otherwise?!
Personally I prefer a few less bits and bobs in my tea, but if you're into flavoured beverages, I'm assured that this particular melange is definitely one to try.

This is a beautiful flavour, the rose is very noticeable unlike some other mixes I’ve tried from from other companies. Tea Desire consistently has the best flavour profiles I’ve tried. This rose compliments the bergamot perfectly.
I really like this tea, though I do think it’s a different mix from the original crème brûlée which was even more enjoyable! If you are giving up sweets, this is a nice substitute.
