If you've heard of an Aperol Spritz, you've already encountered one of Italy's best-known aperitivo drinks.

But did you know that aperitivo is much more than just a drink?

Aperitivo is a cherished Italian tradition of gathering before dinner to enjoy a light-refreshing beverage, typically a bitter alcoholic drink paired with a few small bites and good company. It is designed to stimulate the appetite, preparing the palate for your evening meal.

Inspired by this Italy's beloved aperitivo tradition, we created our Aperitivo Spritz Fruit Infusion—a vibrant, caffeine-free blend that captures the bittersweet citrus character of an Italian aperitivo in a refreshing, alcohol-free tea.

Crafted with apple, carrot, orange peel, gentian root, hibiscus, mallow flowers, and beetroot, it's a bright and refreshing way to savour the spirit of aperitivo any time of day.

For Heidi Aupers, it's a quiet moment on the patio after work with a chilled glass of Aperitivo Spritz in hand.

However you choose to enjoy yours—whether you're unwinding after a busy day or making the most of a sunny weekend afternoon—this tea brings a little taste of the Italian aperitivo tradition to your glass.

But our Aperitivo Spritz Fruit Infusion doesn't stop there. With just a few simple ingredients, you can create your own refreshing, alcohol-free aperitivo-inspired drinks at home.

Experiment with different ingredients to discover your favourite combination. Here are a few ideas to get you started:

  • Use sparkling water, non-alcoholic sparkling rosé, sparkling wine, or sparkling cider for a more festive twist.

  • Try different fruit juices such as grapefruit, orange, blood orange, cherry, or cranberry to create your own signature flavour.

  • Garnish your aperitivo drink with fresh sage, thyme, rosemary, or mint, each adding its own unique aroma and character.

  • Finish with a twist of grapefruit or orange zest for an extra burst of fresh citrus.

There are no rules, just have fun experimenting and create your own signature summer spritz.

"This doesn't have to stay in Italy.
You can enjoy this little tradition at home, too."
